Maria Kubick is the Associate Director, Facilities & Safety at the Medicines for All Institute at VCU. Previously, she worked as a laboratory manager at VCU Lipidomics Core Facility and overall has 13 years of laboratory experience. She enjoys investing in others to see their growth
potential. She holds a B.S. in Clinical Laboratory Science from Virginia
Commonwealth University and a M.S. in Health Administration and
Management from Louisiana State University.

Randall is a technical expert bringing over 35 years of experience. He first started his career as a forensic scientist focusing on toxicology and later moved over to managing NMR operations with True Health.  Throughout his career he's received extensive training at the Bruker headquarters in Germany, although NMR maintenance is only one of the many scientific skills and instruments Randall is trained on. He's since moved onto retirement and looks forward to the opportunity to get back to working with the instruments he enjoys while training and mentoring others. 

Megan Koller is an experienced engineer with a multidisciplinary background spanning pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and polymer manufacturing. She began her career contributing to research on one of M4ALL's very first drug targets, dolutegravir, while completing dual bachelor's degrees in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry at VCU! Following graduation, she worked as a process engineer at Micron Technology, where she owned the titanium (Ti) and titanium nitride (TiN) deposition processes within the Chemical Vapor Deposition department. She later became one of the first engineers at Civica Rx, helping to establish a greenfield non-profit pharmaceutical facility focused on addressing critical drug shortages.

Conan Busic earned a BS in Chemistry from Radford University in 2023. While pursuing his degree, he gained valuable experience working in a research lab setting and acquired cursory experience in a variety of laboratory fields, from chromatography to scientific glassblowing and undergraduate biochemistry research. Conans moved back to central Virginia where he was born and raised near the Ashland and Elmont area to follow his passion for making a positive impact on the pharmaceutical industry. Conan aspires to attain a graduate degree at VCU and build a research career in the fields of biochemistry or pharmacology
