(Sarah) Sakinah Abdullah has spent over eight years working in global health, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and international development, with a focus on project management.
She has supported USAID-funded initiatives with DAI and Chemonics International and managed large-scale global health programs with the U.S. Pharmacopeia (USP) across Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
Sakinah holds a Master of Public Health from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of South Carolina. She is passionate about advancing health equity and expanding access to essential medicines worldwide.

Bradley Ellis
Bradley Ellis is a Project Manager at Medicines for All. He Brings over 11 years of progressive experience in analytical chemistry and molecular biology.
After receiving his B.S. in Biology from Emory & Henry College, he started his career as an Analytical Chemist/Biologist for Virginia Tech's Southern Piedmont Agriculture Research and Extension Center. He obtained his M.S. Degree in Agriculture and Life Sciences while working on seed borne Tobacco Mosaic Virus transmission experiments for Virginia Tech.
He moved on to work at PPD of ThermoFisher as a Senior Scientist and was promoted to Associate Group Leader, where he orchestrated laboratory activities as a principal investigator for PK, ADA, molecular, and CLIA-based clinical assays. Most recently, He served as a Quality Assurance Lead for Sapporo-Stone Brewing, where he led brewing and packaging specification requirements for the brewery and performed standardized physiochemical testing on in-process and finished beer.

Tishina Rasulallah, Ph.D., MPP
Tishina Rasulallah, PhD, MPP is the Senior Manager for Partnerships - Global Health at M4ALL.
Before joining M4ALL, she served as a Senior HIV Treatment Advisor in the Office of HIV/AIDS at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), providing support to countries to improve HIV outcomes for moms, kids and youth.
Prior to USAID, Tishina served as a Senior Technical Officer for community-based family planning at FHI 360, expanding global access to reproductive health commodities, and as a Peace Corps Volunteer Teacher in Lesotho teaching chemistry and math to secondary school students.
Tishina earned a PhD in biomedical sciences from the University of Pennsylvania, a master’s degree in public policy from Princeton University and a BS in Chemistry from Dillard University. She is a former Term Member on the Council on Foreign Relations.

Shannon Weatherly’s career spans over 25 years in public and private sectors, including nonprofit organizations, government, and corporate environments. Most recently, she served as Chief of Staff at Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies’s newest pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Holly Springs, NC. Before this, Shannon was the Chief Operating Officer at Catawba Research, a global CRO, specializing in dermatology, ophthalmology, and women’s health clinical trials. Additionally, she worked in clinical trial site management, children’s dental health, and substance abuse prevention, including time spent as the Acting Administrator of the Drug-Free Communities Support Program at The White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, as well as community coalition building and child welfare. Her work has focused on people and process management, ensuring programs are operated and completed on time and within budget. Shannon was educated at the University of Georgia, earning a bachelor’s degree in educational psychology, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham, completing a master’s degree in counseling.

Janie Wierzbicki is the Associate Director, Project Management Office at Medicines for All. She brings over 12 years of polymer and fiber manufacturing experience, with a significant portion in Product Development and Commercial Scale Up. After receiving her B.S. in Chemical and Life Science Engineering from VCU, she started her career as a Process Engineer at MGC Advanced Polymers making specialty nylon resins. Since then, she has worked in a variety of roles with Porex (formerly Essentra Porous Technologies), developing sintered and fiber based porous plastic components for automotive filtration systems, consumer products (cosmetic, air fresheners and writing instruments) and medical devices.
